Position Summary:
Recruit a senior leader who can own and deliver on a roadmap for infrastructure aligned to the business; who can transform and institutionalize Portfolio Management in the Program Management Office focused on quality delivery for its customers; and who can develop and manage a team driven to make their clients succeed.
The position requires a decisive yet flexible approach to managing and decision making, with an aptitude for articulating line of thought and justification of trade-offs. The ability to communicate with diverse levels of staff and executive management in a direct and candid manner, easily transitioning from conceptual to tangible, is essential for success. Confidence, composure, and persistence/perseverance are expected to navigate the complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
Position Requirements:
10 years of Experience Including:
· Building, maintaining, and operating a Project Portfolio in the Program Management Office (strategic planning, stakeholder management,
process, and communication skills)
· Managing the entire portfolio process from inception through execution (planning, risk, demand management, financial management, matrix people
management, administrative, and organizational skills)
· Managing teams (personnel development and management skills)
· Transformation and demand management (integrated problem solving with complex machines, organizational design, and change execution skills)
· Industry experience in a highly analytical, fast-paced, and transaction/volume-based business where technology is absolutely critical to the survival
of the business.
Skills:
· Expertise as a portfolio manager from inception through execution (planning, risk, demand management, financial management, matrix people
management, administrative, and organizational skills)
· Sufficient IT infrastructure content knowledge to adequately probe and synthesize
· Results-oriented, showing decisiveness and judgment; willingness to be challenged and questioned, striving for continuous personal improvement
· Influential leader who can motivate people to perform at a higher level via leading by example; instills management focus and discipline by
translating strategies into specific goals, action plans, and deliverables; superb administrative and people management skills.
· Communicates opinions, facts, and thoughts with clarity, transparency, and honesty. Seeks multiple perspectives and listens openly to others'

· Good knowledge of IT infrastructure in general, with previous operational experience
· Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, engineering, or a related field
